No Physical Product Returns
Please note that as a scrap buying and recycling service, we do not sell physical products to customers. Therefore, traditional returns are not applicable. All scrap transactions involve collection, assessment, and payment for your materials.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds may apply only in rare cases where payment errors or miscalculations occur. Our process is as follows:
Verification – If you believe an error occurred, please contact us immediately via call or email.
Investigation – We will review the transaction, including the weight, type, and value of scrap collected.
Resolution – If an error is confirmed, we will adjust the payment and issue a refund via the original payment method or provide an additional payment as necessary.
All disputes or refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
Payment Adjustments
Payment is typically made immediately at the time of scrap collection.
In case of any incorrect weight or miscalculation, an adjustment will be made promptly.
Any additional payment due will be sent directly via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed method.
4. In Case of Incorrect Weighing (Rare Cases)
If there is any concern regarding weighing, the customer must notify us:
Immediately at the time of pickup
Before payment is completed
We will recheck weight on-site to ensure accuracy.
After payment is finalized, weighing disputes cannot be reopened.
5. Cancellation Before Pickup
If you booked our pickup service but want to cancel before we arrive:
You may cancel at no cost

6. Special Cases
If a corporate or industrial client has a contract agreement with specific return or review terms, those terms will apply according to the signed agreement.
